Over the Moon Double Delight
This is an aptly named cheese, because the double delight is doubly delicious. Made from a combination of cow’s cream and goat’s milk, this cheese is a well-balanced brie that has a soft and buttery aftertaste, distinctly different from the bitter back flavours of the Coppermine.
We love this cheese as a stand-alone, but the folks at Over the Moon suggest an alternative option - making it into a winter fondue with champagne! Phew! That sounds like a decadent delight!
